Return Policy
Refunds
will be offered for garments that have not been worn, laundered or soiled with
tags attached.
Items
subject to 15% restocking fee if soiled with deodorant marks, make-up, or pet hair.
No restocking fee if garments returned unsoiled.
Please return within 14 days of delivery for replacement, store credit or
refund.
Body by Brazil is not responsible for return shipping charges.
Inspect all garments upon receipt. All claims for damaged or incorrect
merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt and contact Customer Service
for return/exchange approval.
Please enclose a note with return/exchange requests and copy of receipt or
order number.
No return authorization needed.
Allow 2-3
weeks for processing.

 For best results, drip dry garments. (they dry in a flash)! Do not tumble dry garments.  Do not wring or squeeze garments after washing.  Do not use any bleaching agents on garments. Do not iron garments. They will de-wrinkle as soon as worn.
 Hand or Machine wash garments separately in gentle cycle, cold water. Supplex loves fabric softener.
