Regular price items can be returned for refund or exchange. Sale items may be exchanged for same item in a different size or color only while available. Please contact us for RMA. Support@bodybybrazil.com
Due to the special, limited-time nature of our Black Friday Outlet event, we are unable to process price adjustments on prior orders.
No returns accepted after 30 days. One exchange per order. Exchanges are final sale.

RETURN OPTIONS:
1. SELF RETURN After you have received the return authorization from Body by Brazil, you are welcome to arrange your own return shipping using your preferred carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).
2. EASY RETURNS OPTION. EMAIL US with the items you would like to return. Provide order #, name of product or SKU. We will then email you a link to an online checkout for a pre-paid USPS postage label. This service includes insurance for your return package.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: We currently do not provide return labels. The return time is 45 days to allow for additional shipping time. The customer / recipient is responsible for return fees.
Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund of credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns with out RMA or received after the 30 day return the period with be sent back to customer at their expense.
Merchandise sent to us for return must have original tags attached and not be worn or laundered. Worn
items will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee may be applied due to deodorant marks, make-up, pet
hair. Try on with care when wearing make-up, self tanner, or jewelry.
Please examine all clothing before removing tags, wearing, and/or washing. Examine the seams, stitching,
fabric, fit, etc... before wearing. Seam issues due to sewn in tag removal are non-refundable.
BOGO offer applies to the lower-priced item/items making the lower-priced item/items free. Returning a portion of the free item/items will forfeit the BOGO.
MEDIA POLICY - Items worn for media, DVD'S & photo shoots are non-refundable.
