If your purchase did not work out please return it to us within 30 days for a prompt & courteous exchange or refund. No RMA (return merchandise authorization) needed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Body by Brazil is not responsible for return shipping charges. If you return a portion of your purchase and the value falls below the required qualifying minimum, the free shipping will be forfeited. One exchange shipping is included per order.
Please enclose a copy of your order or a note with your order number with your exchange or refund request.
Merchandise sent to us for exchange or refund must have original tags attached and not be worn or laundered. Worn items will not be accepted. Evening & holidays wear require the outside security tag attached. A 15% restocking fee may be applied due to deodorant marks, make-up pet hair or missing tags. Try on with care when wearing make-up, self tanner or jewelry.
Returns received after 30 days will be issued a store credit. No returns accepted after 60 days.
Please examine all clothing before removing tags, wearing, and/or washing. Examine the seams, stitching, fabric, fit, etc... before wearing.
MEDIA POLICY - Items worn for media, DVD'S & photo shoots are non-refundable.
While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, you can also exchange free of additional shipping within 30 days of purchase for US orders. One free shipping exchange is included per order. Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received.
If for any reason your purchase did not work out you may return for a refund or exchange with 45 days. Exchanges may require additional shipping cost.
Merchandise sold for wholesale is "final sale" and may not be returned.
