RETURN OPTIONS:
1. SELF RETURN You can provide your own return shipping with your preferred carrier.
2. EASY RETURNS OPTION. EMAIL US with the items you would like to return. Provide order #,
name of product or SKU. We will email you an online checkout for the return label. We will send you a USPS postage paid return label within 24 hours.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: We currently do not provide return labels. The return time is 45 days to allow for additional shipping time. The customer / recipient is responsible for return fees.  

Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part
of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the
amount of refund of credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Merchandise sent to us for return must have original tags attached and not be worn or laundered. Worn
items will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee may be applied due to deodorant marks, make-up, pet
hair or missing tags. Try on with care when wearing make-up, self tanner, or jewelry.

Returns received after 30 days will be issued a store credit. No returns accepted after 60 days. One exchange per order. 
Please examine all clothing before removing tags, wearing, and/or washing. Examine the seams, stitching,
fabric, fit, etc... before wearing. Seam issues due to sewn in tag removal are non-refundable.

BOGO offer applies to the lower-priced item/items making the lower-priced item/items free. Returning a portion of the free item/items will forfeit the BOGO. Complete set of BOGO items returned are eligible for full refund/exchange.
